It is said that your herd is only as good as your bucks - and "Pioneer" is the cornerstone to my herd. He has a "puppy-dog" personality. He passes on wonderful mammary systems to his kids - their udders are very high in the rear, with very good attachments and well-extended foreudders, good-sized teats with large orifices. I am also very pleased with his overall confirmation. He has great rear angulation, plenty of depth in his heart girth; flat and wide ribbing, and a super straight topline, all of which he consistently passes onto his offspring. "Pioneer" has proven his worth over the years - he has given me 85% does - I couldn't ask for a better ratio than that!
